ohhh… I lose my mind just a little bit thinking of what it will taste like. Will it fall apart as I pull it to eat it. My goodness. I can’t wait for the summer BBQ time to come around once again. Those are rich blessings that makes life worth living.
I think of the Mexican gentlemen in LA just Barbecuing something magically tasty, amazingly incredible every day. I wanted to learn always. But I never had my own yard to make it work. As Tim Gunn would say.
This year I truly took advantage of the free time for making dinners in the yard under the moonlight and sunshine and weekends and weekdays. I enjoyed my yard for once during COVID. I spent time away in the yard and attending attentively to the grilled meats and all my fave veggies. That sweet little Weber grill for my BBQ and lawn chairs and tables to house my accoutrements was the best thing ever invented. There is no doubt in my mind how good this little grill wonder is for me.

#carnebiggoalsbykiki. I got to practice my skillzzz and I learned I was actually good at it. Look at my little master pieces from this summahh. mmm hum. That was everything the crispy juicy tangy deep flavored delicious golden brown red BBQ. Glistening in the evening summer wind and sun and olive oil on your tongue. My word beautiful that’s all I’m going to say further on the matter. Take a look BBQ actions speak louder than BBQ words. Let us eat and let us eat well.
I think between the BBQ GUYs and Amazon and Home Depot having everything wonderful related to BBQ in all different ways, I found soooo many good ideas for BBQ time. The warm weather will arrive. Who cares honestly what the heck Punxsutawney Phil really says??!! Come on… you guys. anyway.. take a look. We are on the precipice of BBQ time once again. Are you going to be ready>!!!??? I don’t believe with al the global warming there will be six more weeks of winter on the horizon. Summers coming.
