My bathroom remodel was an achievement I never thought I could do as a homeowner.

Take a look. Months of hard work paid off to a soothing bathroom in a smaller home. Honestly is my great escape and one of the best places to relax. I find my self doing a swan dive in my tub like every single chance I can get. This spa bath at ahh yess It’s become my new lunch break if that happens actually. but great for after a long 12 hours of work.
We will go into more depth about my tile choices for the kitchen and the bath and all of that great stuff but I for now!! I want to show you first what I’ve been working on in that bathroom. I feel like every room for me is constantly a work in progress. But I know this has all been good progression. You have to budget keep every and ALL receipts in a locked or secure safe place as well as credit cards cash payments cash apps. Keep track of keys keep them somewhere close in the same place always. Don’t leave out or have any personal medical or financial bank statements lying around or any important papers laying around with tax info or 401 k info. Please keep track of all of your remodeling orders check your emails for fed ex ups updates and really go at a slower pace or you end up broke. Inspect all products once they arrive make sure what you ordered was sent to you exactly. Be selective in your choices read the reviews makes sure it’s durable for your things to hold and yes do be frugal at the same time and you won’t go wrong. Compare all the prices of the styles you love. Always google search your products that you want in your home or around and outside of your home.
This is the best Tub for a smaller space bath area. It’s like the best and one of my most favorite things after a long day. You sink right in like a warm cocoon. This is my Spa Luxury all the way. The water stays hot for hours. I just love it.

My advice is to plan get a structural engineer appraisers of the homes value etc. a financial advisor and a good home owners advisor to assist you in your new endeavors. You will need that engineer to look at your homes bone structure first if you are planning any type of renovations. Check the laws to make sure you don’t need certain permits to perform the work. Most of all make sure you have a on-hand hauler you can count on always for at least two years consecutively. You will be throwing out more than you ever realize was inside of your small home! Get someone reliable and who shows up early. You will know they are ready to work. Be mindful of your workers. Feed them don’t be mean or a jerk. Be gracious for their hard work but check them daily if the work is correct.
If you don’t trust your instincts don’t waste your time please move on and get a better contractor. It’s so much easier and less time consuming. Waiting on a contractor to show who is not reliable is my worst experience of my remod. completely!
